Returns & Refunds Policy

By placing an order through barclaire.com you are agreeing to the terms below. We set these policies to ensure that you are fully aware of our refund and return methods and procedures. These policies are applicable to domestic USA countries.


1. 14 DAY RETURN POLICY

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. RETURN PROCESS

HOW TO RETURN:

Please ensure to check the returns & policy before initiating a return. To request a return, please click here or go to barclaire.returnscenter.com to submit your request. Once approved, you will receive a return label with instructions that will be sent to your email. If you are having any trouble, please do not hesitate to contact us.

You can also contact our Client Service team to assist you with the return process.

Let’s start your return, here are the steps:

  • Step 1: Once you are at the Returns Center portal, please enter your order number and email.
  • Step 2: Choose which item you would like to return and state why you are returning.
  • Step 3: Submit your request and you will receive a confirmation return email.
  • Step 4: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a pre-paid shipping label for your return via email.
  • Step 5: You can now download the shipping label and place the original packaging slip inside the box. Place the label outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest specified carrier location.

Please allow us 2-4 business days to process your return items after the package has been delivered to us. Once they have been inspected and approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method and send a confirmation email. Please allow up to 10 business days for you to see a refund on your statement. Every financial institution is different, and some institutions may require additional time.

3. DAMAGED, WRONG PRODUCTS OR ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

4. EXCHANGES

We only exchange products that are damaged, wrong product, wrong size, or defective. If you need to exchange an item please contact us at

5. RESTOCKING FEE

We charge a restocking fee of $5 for refunds.

6. REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

7. EXCLUSIONS

Any order that is discounted, on sale, on special offer or bought with a discount cannot be refunded. We still allow for exchanges and store credit on discounted, sale and special offer orders. However, returns and exchanges are not allowed for customized pieces.
