Shipping Cost Questions
How long will it take to get my order?
- Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. Orders processed within the continental United States will typically take 3-5 business days to arrive, however, we also offer expedited shipping that you can select at checkout. Deliveries outside the USA can take anywhere from 10-15 days. If you reside in a remote location, it can take slightly longer.

Do you offer free shipping?
- We offer complimentary standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $40.

We charge the following for shipping on all USA orders.
- $0.00 free shipping 3-5 business days (order over $40)
- $5.00 for orders under $40 (3-5 business days)
For international orders, you will be able to see the international shipping rates at checkout.
How can I expedite my order?

Where can I find my tracking number?

My items came damaged. What should I do?
- We always do our best to ensure that your package arrive in their original condition. However, in the case that your items become damaged, please contact us at clientservice@barclaire.com with your order number and we will assist you from there.
